It was just a strong match for a city escape in Kokomo with good value. The hot water in the shower was a huge letdown, though. Check your water situation before settling in.

I had a great experience. the bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable as I explored nearby parks like Highland Park, just a quick walk away, and visited the Seiberling Mansion, only a short drive from the hotel.

We spent one night in a King Room with Mobility Accessible Tub. The pool area was pristine, perfect for a relaxing swim. However, the low water pressure in the shower was disappointing. For future guests, arrive early for breakfast to enjoy all the options available!

Housekeeping definitely needs to step it up!!! Signs of wear and tear throughout the hotel are too noticeable!!! Water pressure issues in the shower were downright frustrating!!! Consider a thorough deep clean of the common areas!!!

We had a clean and inviting stay. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. Our family loved hanging out in the spacious King Suite with Sofa Bed, which provided enough room for all of us, making our trip enjoyable.

Stayed at Best Western Kokomo Hotel and had a great experience overall! The room was comfortable with premium bedding, and I really enjoyed the flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. I just loved lounging by the indoor heated pool and trying out the gym's treadmill during my stay. The room with a mobility accessible tub was super comfy, though the light on the AC unit was out, which made it a little tricky to know if it was running. Exceptional Hospitality and Clean Facility

I had a fantastic stay! The staff members, especially Shelby, went out of their way to assist me, arranging to print my bus ticket and making me feel at home. The facility was impeccably clean, and the indoor pool was a fun bonus. Only drawback was the soap dispenser in my shower was empty, which could easily be improved.
